Kim Granum, a Holmen native, started Blue Cup in 2002 as a place for Holmen residents to gather, drink good coffee and enjoy a cozy environment. "I felt Holmen was ready for gourmet coffee and I wanted to bring a different food menu from items I had enjoyed while living in California."
